  Very nice condo and grounds. The living room furniture could use and update or cleaning. It was very hot while we were there so not being able to adjust the thermostat cooler than 72 degrees made for some uncomfortable evenings. Overall very nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the area

    NEW Living room sofa, chairs, area rug and king size bed in the master bedroom were added in January 2012. Note on the airconditioning: setting the temperature lower than 72 degrees can freeze up the air conditioner.

  Condo was great as was the location and beach . Our only suggestion would be for a thorough cleaning of the couch and replacement of the rug .Both were very worn . The sliding door was also difficult to open. We had a great time and we would recommend
  the property to others.

  This condo is in a great place, the beach was never crowded and there were lots of families which made it very pleasant. The condo was nice; I did wash all of the dishes that we were going to use as the first few I took from the cabinet were dirty. The kitchen was well equipped but needs a pizza cutter!! The furniture was comfortable, the double beds were "noisy"; every time someone moved they would squeak which was a bit annoying. The locked gate to the beach was very inconvenient, even though it was a key lock, the key did not work well and we were often walking around through the public access instead. The pool was frequently crowded; I would consider it to be a bit small for the condo. The same for the key codes at the pool bathrooms, it was really hit or miss if the code would work on the first, third or fifth try! Overall these were minor as the view was incredible and the beach amazing, even the charcoal grills were a plus! The updated bathroom in the master was very nice too.

  the condo was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of room. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The kitchen looked fairly new. It was well equipped.The locked gate to the beach wasn't very convenient but since we were on the first floor we could use the stairs and use public access to beach. Being right on the ocean is a great plus.

• LOVED OUR LOCATION, BEACH WAS GREAT - POOL DIOES NOT GET SUN UNTIL ABOUT 11 AM BUT THEN ALL DAY - CONDO COULD USE MORE COOKING POTS MED SIZE - MAYBE A SLOW COOKER AND ALSO A NICE DAY BED IN THE HUGE CLOSET - CONDO WAS COMFORTABLE -

  The condo was very nice and beautiful we would have loved it had the air conditioner been better,air conditioner did not work as well as all the other places we have stayed,we were warm most of the week, also the living room and other bedrooms NEED ceiling fans.The parking left alot to be desired,HATED to go out at night because of fear of having no place to park upon returning.This complex needs at least 1 assigned parking space per unit.Overall it was a nice unit.Love this area !Have stayed in Indian Shores before...plan to stay in Indian Shores again.Thx

  The combination lock to the gate to the beach frequently failed causing us to walk around the fence. The door to the stairway on the first floor frequently was stuck causing a person to use both hands to open the door. A person was confronted about trying to open the lock box on the front door and we were told she was a neighbor and wanted to use the blender.

  We have visited Sea Gate many times. Sea Gate 104 is very nice. We have stayed at other condos at Sea Gate as well and a few of them are outdated. Indian Shores is very quite area with great restaurants. The beach is very nice. The water at the pool and ocean was a little cool but refreshing. The grills are a nice touch.
