Lots of windows to enjoy the beach views from the living area, kitchen and guest bedroom. There is confortable sleeping for seven with a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size and one twin bed in the guest bedroom and a queen size sofabed in the living room.     There are houses on each side, but with the trees you still get a secluded feeling. So nice with fan outside on porch. You can sit outside and watch and listen to the waves.

    My husband and I, along with his brother and wife, just got back from a fantastic week at the Sunset Beach house. We were extremely pleased with the house and the location was absolutely incredible! You are merely steps from a gorgeous white sand beach, but it is also very private because of all the trees and foliage around the property. From the shady deck, you have a wonderful view of the gulf and we spent almost every evening watching gorgeous sunsets either from the deck or from the beach. The house was well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs. The kitchen has service for 12, which is really great if you have a large group. Every utensil you could possibly need was provided. Just bring a supply of paper products and you're all set for the week! We opted to cook in for most meals because we just couldn't tear ourselves away from the view!

    We did take one side trip up to Tarpon Springs to ride our bikes on the Pinellas Trail. Also highly recommended! And if you have time to eat at one of the Greek restaurants in Tarpon Springs, Momma's was great!

    The staff at Waterfront Vacation Rentals were very helpful and pleasant each time that I spoke with them. We arrived at the house quite a bit earlier than check-in time and I called Waterfront to see if there was any way that we could check in early. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and immediately checked to see if the house had been cleaned, which it had been and we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier than planned. I would not hesitate to rent through them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent in the area.

    House has awesome view of the gulf. Very quite neighborhood and very relaxing. House is close to everything you need. While we stayed there, a bad storm came through and caused some very minor damage. I called Waterfront Vacation Rentals and they had a repair man there in 1 hour and fixed everything. Couldn't be more pleased with everything.
